Welcome to Go Salalah Tours. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. General Terms

Reservations and Payments

To book a tour, campsite, or 4×4 rental, reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A part payment (deposit) may be required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, bank transfers, and online payment through PayMob (via WooCommerce).

Safety and Liability

Your safety is our top priority. We take all necessary precautions to ensure our tours and rentals are safe and reliable. However, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks, and by participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

ID Submission

Guests are required to provide a copy of their national ID or passport, and in the case of caravan spot bookings, a copy of caravan ownership may be requested. This is mandatory to confirm the booking.


Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the 4×4 rental vehicle, campsite facilities, or equipment during their rental period or stay.
Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest separately if the deposit does not cover the full amount.


Force Majeure

Go Salalah Tour shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, extreme weather, government restrictions, or political unrest. In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible and offer the best possible alternative.

Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, campsite reservation, or rental due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as early as possible in such cases.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in compliance with local regulations. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Omani law.


2. Tours & Activities

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the tour start.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of the 20% deposit.
  • In case of medical emergencies (with valid documentation), we offer full refunds regardless of the timing.
  • If not otherwise stated, standard policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour, 50% charge within 24–48 hours, and 100% charge for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time.

3. Caravan & RV Campsite Booking (Khareef Season)

Available from 21 June to 21 September.

Campsite Rules & Conditions

  1. Maintain cleanliness of the site throughout your stay.
  2. Safety equipment must be present in the caravan.
  3. Respect public laws, regulations, and morals.
  4. No loudspeakers or upward-facing lights allowed.
  5. A copy of the caravan ownership must be submitted at booking.
  6. Booking is non-transferable. Only the registered person may occupy the space.
  7. A refundable 50 OMR deposit is required and will be returned if no rules are violated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours result in loss of the deposit.
  • No refunds are provided in case of early departure after arrival.

4. 4×4 Rental with Rooftop Tent

Our 4x4s are fully equipped for overlanding and include all camping gear.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the rental start date.
  • Cancellations within 14 days will result in the loss of the 20% deposit.
