- Reservations and Payments
To book a tour or activity with us, you must make a reservation through our website or by contacting us directly. A part payment can be required at the time of booking, and we accept various payment methods, including PayPal and bank transfers.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the tour or activity you have booked. If not mentioned different, we allow you to cancel free of charge 48 hours before the tour starts. In case you cancel after this we held you liable to pay 50% of the tour price for cancellations 24 hours before the tour starts. We require you to pay the full price for the tour in case you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour starts. In case of medical emergency we don’t charge you anything, when providing us with the necessary medical letters and proofs.
- Safety and Liability
Your safety is our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our tours and activities are safe. However, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with certain activities, and you assume all responsibility and liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during the course of the tour or activity.
- Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide you with advance notice of any changes or modifications.

- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Oman.
