From Rakhyut, we embark on the spectacular new coastal road toward Dhalkut—a engineering masterpiece hugging the edge of the Arabian Sea. Along this breathtaking drive, we take a side trip to Khor Kharfout, a untouched coastal nature reserve where lush greenery, freshwater streams, and quiet beach wilderness meet.
Our journey continues westward to Dhalkut, the last inhabited area before the Yemeni border. Tucked between green cliffs and the vast ocean, it’s a place of silence, solitude, and staggering beauty.
And finally, we arrive at an unexpected and unforgettable sight: a helicopter abandoned on the beach, a surreal relic from the past that stands like a sculpture in the sand—a quiet symbol of the region’s mysterious charm.
