4 Day-Salalah Discovery Tour

Day 1: Secrets of the East 

Your journey begins with an exciting exploration of East Salalah. After being picked up from your hotel, you will visit Taqa, a charming fishing village known for its scenic coastal views. Next, we will head to Wadi Darbat, where you’ll see stunning waterfalls and lush greenery—an oasis in the desert. Keep an eye out for the wild animals that roam this valley! Then, we’ll climb to the top of Jebel Samhan, where breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea await. You’ll also experience the magic of the ancient Baobab Trees and feel the mystery of Gravity Point, where cars seem to defy gravity. After a day filled with nature and adventure, you will return to your hotel to rest and prepare for the next exciting day.

Day 2: Wonders of the West

On Day 2, we head west for another unforgettable adventure. First, we’ll visit Mughsail Beach, famous for its long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. You’ll feel the refreshing sea breeze as you watch the waves crash on the shore. We then visit the Blowholes at Marneef Cave, where water shoots through natural holes in the rocks—a truly spectacular sight! Afterward, we will drive off-road to the hidden gem of Fazayah Beach, where you can swim in the warm waters or relax by the shore. You will also follow the Frankincense Trail, a path that takes you back in time to the heart of Oman’s ancient trade route. As the sun sets, we return to your hotel, filled with memories of a perfect day.

Day 3: Desert Dreamscape 

The desert calls on Day 3! After breakfast, we travel to the vast desert outside Salalah. On the way, we will stop in Thumrait for some coffee and a chance to see the unique black camels. Once in the desert, you will be able to climb the majestic sand dunes and capture some incredible photos. As the evening approaches, we’ll set up camp and watch the sun slowly set over the endless dunes. Enjoy drinks and snacks while the sky fills with stars. Our night in the desert includes a traditional buffet dinner by the campfire. You’ll sleep in a comfortable desert camp, experiencing the beauty and peacefulness of the Omani desert at night.

Day 4: Soul of Salalah

Our final day brings you back to Salalah for a city tour. You’ll visit the grand Sultan Qaboos Mosque, a stunning piece of architecture, followed by a visit to Al Husn Palace, the Sultan’s summer residence. We’ll also explore the Al Husn Souq, where you can shop for traditional Omani souvenirs like frankincense and silver. Next, we head to Coconut Beach and the Al Haffa Waterfront, where you can see the beauty of Salalah’s coastline. We finish our journey with a visit to the fruit plantations, where you can taste fresh local fruits. In the afternoon, we drop you off at your hotel or the airport, ending an unforgettable 4-day adventure in Salalah.
