1. Registration and Check-in
Required documents: A copy of the caravan ownership certificate (or the owner’s ID card if the caravan does not have a license plate).
Verification: The caravan’s license plate must match the ownership documents.
Violation: Unregistered caravans or caravans without license plates will be removed immediately if they are not registered or if the owner’s details are not provided.
2. Security Deposit (Refundable upon Departure)
Up to 2 weeks: 25 Omani Rials (OMR)
More than 2 weeks: 50 Omani Rials (OMR)
3. Code of Conduct
Cleanliness and noise: Littering and disturbing other guests are prohibited. Legal action may be taken after two warnings.
Respectful behavior: Any abuse towards staff or violation of public morals and decency will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking.
4. Extension and Rental
Extension: Stay extensions are not automatic and are subject to space availability and management approval.
Subletting: Renting or subletting caravans within the campsite is strictly prohibited.
5. Optional Services
Sewage disposal: Free at the designated disposal points, or 3 OMR if a sewage collection vehicle is requested.
Water supply: Available through the campsite supplier, starting from 3 OMR, up to 10 OMR for a full water tanker.
Tents and privacy screens: Only approved beige-colored “Star Tents” are permitted to ensure a uniform appearance.
Guests must also:
Keep the campsite clean throughout their stay.
Ensure their caravan is equipped with the required safety and security equipment.
Comply with all laws, regulations, and public etiquette.
Refrain from using loudspeakers or directing bright lights towards other guests.
6. Disclaimer
Personal property: The management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Electricity: In the event of a public power outage, guests are permitted to operate their own generators temporarily.
